We know you like to get your parcels fast! Please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing. We process orders 7 days a week. We offer flat rate shipping with Australia Post.

We offer $5 flat rate shipping Australia wide and we offer free Australia wide parcel post on all orders over $50. Express Post is $10.

We ship internationally with Australia Post for $15. Please note each country have their own import tax and duty laws, which may incur additional fees when arriving in your country, please check with your country purchase limits before purchasing, we will not cover this fee when it arrives in your country.

We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal energy! So we will do everything we can to help. Due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals in our Crystal Shop, majority of our crystals will be final sale. That being said, if there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner. Happy customers make for happy crystals!

MY CRYSTAL LOOKS LIKE IT HAS SCRATCHES AND/ OR CRACKS INSIDE OF IT, DOES THAT MEAN IT'S BROKEN? No, not at all. The reality is that CRYSTALS COME OUT OF THE EARTH. They will never be “perfect”… unless they are fake. Having a crystal with unique linage or cracks inside is something that we call “inclusions” they are what make a crystal 100% unique, beautiful and your own. Crystals of the same variety come in varying shades and hues; an example of this is Carnelian, it’s almost always red, but sometimes it can also come in shades of brown or grey. If you want something completely perfect, we would suggest a man-made crystal like Opalite or Goldstone.

Isak  Dinesen, “The cure for everything is salt water, sweat, tears or the sea”, which is not only my favourite quote but also the first thing that came to mind when I held a  piece of coral. Coral carries with it ancient wisdom of intricate harmony and unity between all living things. It understands that it is the bedrock of life underwater and builds an ecosystem-based around itself.  Holding Coral recenters the wearer to focus on the home and creating that beautiful harmonious ecosystem around themselves. Others are attracted to those with inner harmony and having Coral around helps remind us of this. As soon as Jayden placed one in my hand I envisioned the sea, so if you’re travelling and need to take a bit of home with you, this stone is for you as well.

Don’t you worry your pretty little head though, we will pick out a perfect stone for you. Please also note these are natural crystals and stones from the earth, so they won’t always be perfect.
