We know you like to get your parcels fast! Please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing. We process orders 7 days a week. We offer flat rate shipping with Australia Post.

We offer $5 flat rate shipping Australia wide and we offer free Australia wide parcel post on all orders over $50. Express Post is $10.

We ship internationally with Australia Post for $15. Please note each country have their own import tax and duty laws, which may incur additional fees when arriving in your country, please check with your country purchase limits before purchasing, we will not cover this fee when it arrives in your country.

We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal energy! So we will do everything we can to help. Due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals in our Crystal Shop, majority of our crystals will be final sale. That being said, if there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner. Happy customers make for happy crystals!

MY CRYSTAL LOOKS LIKE IT HAS SCRATCHES AND/ OR CRACKS INSIDE OF IT, DOES THAT MEAN IT'S BROKEN? No, not at all. The reality is that CRYSTALS COME OUT OF THE EARTH. They will never be “perfect”… unless they are fake. Having a crystal with unique linage or cracks inside is something that we call “inclusions” they are what make a crystal 100% unique, beautiful and your own. Crystals of the same variety come in varying shades and hues; an example of this is Carnelian, it’s almost always red, but sometimes it can also come in shades of brown or grey. If you want something completely perfect, we would suggest a man-made crystal like Opalite or Goldstone.

DONT BE SO HARD ON YOURSELF. We live in a world where perfection (which is unattainable) is seen as something to aim for. It is ridiculous, and when we look at ourselves in the mirror and see beautiful raw humanity, we call ourselves names like fat, skinny, ugly, worthless, etc. Ive struggled with self-esteem issues all my life. Self-destructive thoughts have always gotten in my way. That is why I am excited to work with Pink Tourmaline. This stone is a protector, like Black Tourmaline, but instead of protecting us from outside forces, it is gently protecting us from ourselves and the despicable way we treat ourselves. We would never in a million years speak to another human the way we speak to ourselves and the cycle needs to end. End it with me. Join me and some PT and lets work on loving ourselves more. This stone is known for working well in tandem with Rose Quartz.
