Yin Yoga with Zoe

A gentle practice that will release stagnant energy stored in the body and unwind a busy mind.

Spend some much needed time with your body as we focus on the deeper tissues. With each gentle stretch you will feel your body begin to soften and relax, melting away tension in both the body and the mind.

 This yin yoga session is guided by our very own Zoe.

  • Yoga Mat
  • Blankets


Please note that if you're purchasing a ticket you are purchasing a ticket for a specific date not multiple. If you would like to attend several sessions you will need book the multiple dates.
