Ok, so we’ve all been there, right? You know when you’re 30 minutes into a class you went to with a friend to help us awaken our spiritual sides and people are chanting and vibrating and moving their bodies all over…. No? You’ve never experienced that? Just me? Ok! Well needless to say that experience didn’t leave me feeling awakened spiritually, but don’t worry everyone is different. Some people need an out-of-body experience to feel their alignment click into place. Personally, I find inward reflection with a crystal-like Merlinite more effective. Merlinite is a stone of duality helping us see the light and dark, other perspectives and ways of thinking which rises us up and out of that stuck feeling. Working with Merlinite is a great way to realign yourself and find a higher version of yourself… (by yourself in my case).
