We know you like to get your parcels fast! Please allow up to 1-3 business days for order processing. We process orders 7 days a week. We offer flat rate shipping with Australia Post.

We offer $5 flat rate shipping Australia wide and we offer free Australia wide parcel post on all orders over $50. Express Post is $10.

We ship internationally with Australia Post for $15. Please note each country have their own import tax and duty laws, which may incur additional fees when arriving in your country, please check with your country purchase limits before purchasing, we will not cover this fee when it arrives in your country.

We understand that you may change your mind from time to time, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your crystal energy! So we will do everything we can to help. Due to the limited inventory and rarity of many of the crystals in our Crystal Shop, majority of our crystals will be final sale. That being said, if there is a problem with your item, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to correct it in a timely manner. Happy customers make for happy crystals!

We take great pride in our goods and packaging so we certainly hope that you never receive a faulty or damaged product from us. If, on the rare occasion, this does occur please contact us at care@crystalandstone.co and we will do everything we can to sort out this issue.

MY CRYSTAL LOOKS LIKE IT HAS SCRATCHES AND/ OR CRACKS INSIDE OF IT, DOES THAT MEAN IT'S BROKEN? No, not at all. The reality is that CRYSTALS COME OUT OF THE EARTH. They will never be “perfect”… unless they are fake. Having a crystal with unique linage or cracks inside is something that we call “inclusions” they are what make a crystal 100% unique, beautiful and your own. Crystals of the same variety come in varying shades and hues; an example of this is Carnelian, it’s almost always red, but sometimes it can also come in shades of brown or grey. If you want something completely perfect, we would suggest a man-made crystal like Opalite or Goldstone.

Each month Jess will guide you through a particular theme/vibe, crystals to match as well as spiritual practices. This is an hour and half of fun, games, learning, nibbles and community. Every month is different and you’ll always get some slight obscure crystals to fit the month’s vibe. 


This month's theme is Crystals for the Home, we'll discuss the kinds of crystals you have in each room, and how to keep your home energetically protected. 


We would like to acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which this event is being held the Noongar Whadjuk people. We would particularly like to pay our respects to the Elder past, present and emerging.

FAQ

Can children attend?

At this time people 16+ can attend. 

 I’m a total beginner is this right for me?

Beginners are more than welcome. Even if you know all about your crystals and you want to attend for a little refresher, all are welcome.

 Can I get a refund if I can no longer attend?

If you can no longer attend and you let us know 24 hours before the event we can refund your ticket. 

 If I don’t drink or eat anything can I get a discount?

Unfortunately not, most of the price of the ticket comes from covering the price of the kits.

 Even though your store is closed can I still buy some crystals?

Absolutely, one of our amazing staff members will be there overseeing everything and available to put through any sales.

 Can I bring my own crystals to identify and discuss?

Sure thing, bring all your sparkly goodies. Jess is open to any and all crystal-related questions.

 Can I bring my own food?

We’re happy to cater for any dietary requirements you might have but if you’re feeling unsure about anything feel free to bring something. Your ticket will not be discounted though as the cost covers mostly the kit.
